Wow Tapes sells two ways. How shipping and returns work depends on where you bought.

Orders placed on Amazon

Single rolls and 2, 6 and 24 packs sold through the Wow Tapes Amazon store are shipped by Amazon. Delivery times, tracking and returns follow Amazon’s policies. To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon and choose the order.

If something is wrong with the tape itself, email us at contact@wowtapes.co with your Amazon order number and a photo. We read every message and reply within 1 business day.

Direct business orders (6 or more cases)

Business orders placed directly with Wow Tapes ship within the United States. Shipping method, cost and delivery estimate are confirmed in writing with your quote before you pay.

If a shipment arrives damaged, short or wrong, email contact@wowtapes.co as soon as you receive it, with your order number and photos of the cartons and labels. Return and replacement terms for direct orders are included with your quote.
