This policy explains what information Wow Tapes® (“we”) collects on wowtapes.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill in a contact, wholesale, distributor or newsletter form we collect your name, email address, company name and your message. We use it to reply, prepare quotes, review distributor applications and, if you subscribed, send product and wholesale updates.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect device and usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type and approximate location. We use cookies and similar tools from these providers: Google (Analytics and Site Kit, Google for WooCommerce), Meta (Meta Pixel), Klaviyo (email marketing), and Jetpack (site statistics and security). Form submissions are checked for spam by Akismet, a service of Automattic. These help us measure traffic and the performance of our advertising.

Purchases

Retail purchases are made on Amazon.com and are covered by Amazon’s privacy notice. For direct business orders we collect the billing and shipping details needed to fulfil the order. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run this site and our business (hosting, email, analytics, advertising and payment providers), and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@wowtapes.co. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children

This website is for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Retention

We keep form submissions and business records for as long as needed to respond, fulfil orders and meet legal requirements.
