These terms apply when you use wowtapes.co or buy Wow Tapes® products directly from us. Last updated: October 5, 2026.

1. Who we are

Wow Tapes® is an American brand of tapes and adhesive products based in Wilmington, Delaware. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Wow Tapes. “You” means the person or business using this site or placing an order.

2. Orders placed on Amazon

Single rolls, packs and up to 5 cases are sold through our Amazon store. Those purchases are governed by Amazon’s Conditions of Use and return policies, not these terms. Product questions about an Amazon order are still welcome at contact@wowtapes.co.

3. Business accounts

• Direct ordering is available to businesses with an approved Wow Tapes business account.
• We review each application and may approve, decline or close an account at our discretion.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for orders placed through your account.
• Information you give us in your application must be accurate. Tell us if it changes.

4. Direct business orders

• The minimum direct order is 6 cases of 24 rolls. Black and white cases count together.
• Your price per roll is set by the pricing tier for the total number of cases in the order, as shown in your account when you order.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight and any applicable sales tax.

5. Payment

Direct orders are paid by invoice. After you order, we email a pro-forma invoice with payment details and a freight quote. Payment is due before shipment, and your order ships once payment clears. We never ask for card or bank details by email.

6. Sales tax

We charge sales tax where required by law. If your business is exempt, send a valid resale or exemption certificate before we invoice.

7. Shipping and delivery

• Direct orders ship within the United States by freight carrier from our warehouse. They are not shipped through Amazon Prime.
• Freight cost is quoted before shipment, based on your delivery address and site (dock, liftgate or your own pickup).
• Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
• Inspect deliveries on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and email us with photos within 48 hours. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.

8. Returns and defective product

If a direct order arrives damaged, short or wrong, or if product is defective, contact us and we will replace it or refund you for the affected product. Unopened cases may be returned within 7 days of delivery with our written approval; return freight is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

9. Using our products

Wow Gaffer Tape is made for temporary use and clean removal from most finished surfaces. Surfaces vary, so test on a small area first, especially on fresh paint, wallpaper, delicate finishes or for long-term or high-heat applications. Do not use tape as a structural fastener or for safety-critical loads.

10. Warranty

We warrant that our products match their published specifications when delivered. Except for that warranty and any rights you have under law, products are provided as is, and we make no other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or production downtime.

12. Resellers and distributors

Businesses may resell Wow Tapes products only as authorized distributors, under a separate distributor agreement and our minimum advertised price (MAP) policy. A business account does not by itself authorize resale on marketplaces.

13. Website content

The Wow Tapes name and logo are registered trademarks. Text, images and specifications on this site belong to Wow Tapes and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
